After years in a busy competitive corporate environment, I know how hectic life can be.
From my 30s I have been involved in meditation and pranayama (yoga breathing). However, it is very difficult for the western mind to be still, sit in a chair and not think.
Recently with Covid lockdowns, I introduced to my yoga students, De-stress Wednesday online. We did some simple yoga stretches sitting in a chair, some simple rhythmic breathing techniques and guided meditation.
The results were remarkable.
My students all were able to experience a state of calm, were less anxious and reported feeling happy and relaxed.

You don't need any special equipment but a chair or floor space and a quiet room.
We start with simple yoga, a stretch, a twist, some arm movements, then an easy yoga breathing, to calm the mind and slip into a safe guided meditation.
